Welcome to our well-kept and stylish semi-detached house, which is available for your exclusive use. It is located in the heart of Rhine Hesse in Nierstein, surrounded by vineyards with wonderful wine hiking trails and the opportunity to taste regional wines directly at the winemaker. The proximity to the Rhine promenade invites you to take long walks by the water. The ferry to Hesse allows excursions across the Rhine. By train you can quickly get to the surrounding cities. The space Ground floor: fully equipped large fitted kitchen, cozy dining area, living room, fireplace with comfortable couch 1st floor: 2 bedrooms and daylight bathroom Attic: large room with exercise bike, fitness mat and dumbbells Outside area: covered terrace with seating. The garden is completely fenced Parking: 2 parking spaces directly by the house Wi-Fi Guest access We are happy to hand over the key to our guests personally to explain the special features of the house. For this, it is necessary for guests to inform us of their planned arrival time, ideally 1 day in advance, or to inform us in the morning of the day of arrival. Other things to note ●Pet and baby cot costs included in the price. ● Up to 2 additional people can stay in the attic on guest beds. Price increases by an additional €50 per person. ●The 2nd bedroom is open to the hallway and has a curtain instead of a door ●Non-smoking house!
