It's a fully equipped furnished home sitting in a village named as" Njandukallu". We welcome all the nature lovers to this serene place with great enthusiasm and pleasure. The space Mystic Rio, nestled amidst a sprawling six-acre rubber plantation, offers a serene retreat far removed from city life. It stands as a testament to thoughtful restoration and harmony with nature. Currently accompanied by a service building designed to accommodate a maximum of 4+2 guests. it's the perfect retreat for those seeking respite from the chaos of urban living. SPACES WITHIN THE COTTAGE: T.V. ROOM: A tiny room with incredibly comfortable corner sofas as you can relax and watch your favorite shows. DINING ROOM: A 6 seater dining table. BEDROOMS: Both bedrooms are airconditioned. Bedroom 1 is 155 sft in area and has 1 king size bed which can accomodate 2-3 people and an extra bed will provide as you need. The attached toilet is 48 sft in area. Bedroom 2 is 155 sft in area and has 1 King size bed which can accomodate 2-3 people. An extra bed is provided according to requirements. The attached toilet is 40 sft in area. KITCHENETTE: A small kitchenette with a refrigerator, kettle and induction cooker . So you can cook yourself. Basic crockery is also available. SERVICES:- * There is a provision for barbeque at and additional cost. (Please ask for details) Experiences: Immersive nature walks, bird watching, and a chance to explore the village. A haven for those seeking peace, quiet, and a connection with nature. Camp fire: We have a provision for campfire depending on weather conditions. Other things to note HOME TRUTHS: *Our villa is located in a remote area. It's the perfect setting for those looking to disconnect from the busy world and immerse themselves in nature. * In case of power outage, we have an inverter back up which can support light and fan points within the cottage. *Geyser, kettle, refrigerator and induction will not work. * It sits within the lap of nature so be prepared to encounter insects, lizards, birds etc. *The river access is closed during rainy. We can easily access the river from November- May.
