Ti Lakaz Cordonniers

Welcome to Ti Lakaz Cordonniers, a warm and cozy studio in the heart of Tamarin, on the west coast of Mauritius. The studio is independent but located next to the main house, so you’ll enjoy your own private area while still having friendly hosts nearby if needed. Ideally located, just a 15-minute walk to the beach, Ti Lakaz Cordonniers is also close to supermarkets, restaurants, and local shops, making it easy to explore the area without needing a car. The space You’ll have the whole space to yourself! The Airbnb is on the same property as our home, but you’ll have your own private entrance and full privacy. Other things to note - For stays of more than 6 nights we provide a fresh change of bedding and towels, and a full cleaning of the studio. - Tourist tax : from the 1st of October 2025, 3€ per adult (12+) per night, collected in cash. - House rules : any damage/breakage/ missing items may be charged at cost of repair/replacement - There’s no washing machine in the apartment but we can wash your clothes in our house next door for a extra fee of 250rs.
