Look forward to the popular Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn! The space You can easily reach the light-flooded 3-room apartment on the 3rd floor with the elevator. On a cozy corner sofa and a comfortable stool in the living area, you can relax after an eventful day and enjoy the TV program. A hi-fi system is available for your entertainment. The living area also includes a dining table for 4 people and the fully equipped kitchen. This offers you all the comforts for preparing your meals, here you do not have to do without anything. This area of the apartment is the center for entertaining hours with the whole family. In the bedroom there is a large comfortable double bed, a restful sleep is guaranteed. In the spacious wardrobe you will find space for your entire vacation wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, an additional TV, a dresser and a table with 2 chairs. The modern and very tastefully furnished bathroom has a towel radiator, a shower, a sink with a cabinet for your bathroom utensils and a toilet. Here you will find your own little oasis of well-being. The house has an elevator. The apartment is equipped with insect screens in front of the windows. WiFi can be used free of charge. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Please understand that pets are not allowed in the apartment. Thank you so much! You can conveniently park your car in the outdoor parking space. You will find storage facilities for your bicycles in the basement. If you are planning bike tours, bike rentals are available nearby. Supermarkets are only 100 m away. Wellness, massage and cosmetics within 350 m. Other things to note Final cleaning is included in the price. The initial linen set (bed linen and towels) can be booked at a price of €25.00 per person. If you would like this option, we ask you to let us know at least two days before arrival. Please note that the visitor's tax must be paid on the day of arrival. Guests 16 years and older pay €3.00 per night from May 1st to September 30th and €1.60 per night from October 1st to April 30th. Children under 16 years of age do not need a visitor's card. The visitor's tax is paid on the day of arrival at our office. You have the option to pay by EC card or cash.
