Fourth Bedroom: Cozy Double bed, perfect for relaxation. ✨ Kitchen & Dining Fully equipped kitchen with gas oven, pod coffee machine, large fridge with ice and cold-water dispenser, and all cookware needed for home-style meals. ✨ Living Area Open-plan lounge with smart TV, ducted air conditioning, and abundant natural light — perfect for relaxing together. ✨ Outdoor Space Spacious patio overlooking horses strolling past Two hammock swings for lounging Firepit area for cozy evenings together Side access available for caravan or boat parking Guest access Guests can enjoy full access to the entire home, including both levels, the garage, and outdoor areas, with on-site parking. You'll have private access to the four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a half bathroom. The kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room are also available. Relax on the balcony or explore the outdoor spaces. Self check-in is available via a secure lockbox. Other things to note This is a two-storey home, and stairs are required to access the upper level. The property is designed for comfort and style — ideal for families, friends, and longer stays. Located in a quiet residential area, we ask all guests to respect our home and neighbourhood. 🏠 House Rules 🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the home or on balconies. 🎉 No parties or events — quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. 🐾 No pets, unless approved before booking. 👶 Children welcome, but please supervise them around stairs and outdoor areas. 🔥 No open flames or candles indoors. 🗝️ Check-in: After 2:00 pm via secure lockbox. 📦 Check-out: By 10:00 am (late check-out subject to availability). Return keys to lock box. 💡 Please turn off the air-conditioning and lights when leaving the property. This home is set up for a peaceful, enjoyable coastal stay — we simply ask that you treat it with the same care as your own. Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete a brief check-in form, which includes ID verification and acceptance of our terms and conditions. This helps us ensure a smooth and secure stay. Your check-in code will be provided once the form is completed. Over Christmas Eve, an unexpected burst pipe upstairs caused water damage to the garage ceiling. As a precaution, the garage has been closed off and is not accessible to guests at this time. You may notice some minor ceiling discoloration in the hallway and one bedroom while we wait for insurance repairs to be completed. This is purely cosmetic and does not impact your stay — the home remains safe, clean, and comfortable.
