For school/college groups there is the option to close 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette off for private use for staff. Eight of the bedrooms can be made as a king for couples. The large garden has a seating area and a bbq. The swimming pool is available for guests from 4pm to 10pm. The rate is set for 20 guests. The maximum capacity is 32 guests. Guest access The house is only let to one group at any time. Other things to note Strictly no parties. Loud music must be off by midnight indoors and 10pm outdoors. Garden noise to be kept low after 10pm. A guest list must be provided for each booking and a fire drill is offered. No additional guests allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, there is a smoking area in the garden. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave who break our house rules.
