It is located in a new building in the quiet center (5 corners district). The apartment DOES NOT HAVE a balcony. There is everything for a comfortable stay: a built-in kitchen with an electric kettle, electric stove, microwave oven, electric oven (on request), refrigerator; as well as air conditioner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron. Parking is possible under the house (video surveillance) or guarded parking within a 5-minute walk. Tea, coffee, sugar are always available. Reporting documents are provided.
