You would need it to operate the lift and access the level and unit. • Indoor smoking will incur a penalty • Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. • Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am. • Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to approval. • Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand. • No parties allowed. • Small gatherings are subject to approval. • Pets are not allowed. • There is a garbage chute on this floor, please dispose of your rubbish there after your stay. • Please turn off all lights, close windows and switch off appliances before leaving. • Please put rubbish into the garbage shoot just outside the apartment on Level 22. Additional charges may be applied for excessive waste left in the property.
