The Coach House

The coach house stands tall in the gorgeous village of ramsbury, it has been a wonderful home for our family gatherings over the last 100 years. It’s situated opposite the Bell pub which boasts a wonderful menu and local beers on tap. There is a piano in the dinning room for those of the party who can play and enjoy entertaining whilst dining, ample space to seat 10 people on the grand table. The garden leads down to the river, with a picket fence. The space The main bedroom boasts a super king bed (the options only allow for king to be listed) this bedroom has a wonderful view of the river at the end of the garden and the hills in front. The room is very spacious and can also accommodate a cot if needed. On the same level and down the corridor is another king sized bedroom which could accommodate another cot as well if needed. There is a further double bedroom as well, all of the bedrooms have rails in them for hanging clothes and chests of draws for storage. There are also two bathrooms on the same floor with showers above the baths. On the ground floor as you enter to your left is a wet room and the further door is a spacious living room with a cards table. The property doesn’t have a TV but there is internet access and the signal is strong should you choose to stream. To the right of the main door is the dinning room which has a gas fireplace and a piano along with a very large dinning table (where we as a family have hosting many Christmas dinners). The kitchen is a gally kitchen with an original hatch through to the dinning room. Outside there is ample parking for 5 cars if needed and lots of garden space and seating (additional chairs in the shed next to the fence) leading down to the river again which is fenced with a picket fence to avoid any little people running down. Guest access The whole property, there is a section marked as private which we are currently still renovating but won’t be occupied whilst guests are staying
