The space Welcome to our lovingly furnished studio apartment on two floors – ideal for those looking for peace, nature and a piece of country idyll. The small but very cozy temporary home offers a separate entrance, a private, freshly renovated kitchen, a compact bathroom with shower and a bright living area with an open wooden fireplace – perfect for relaxing evenings. Via the internal staircase, you reach the open gallery in the attic, where there is a cozy double bed and a wardrobe under visible wooden beams. 👉🏻Note on the number of guests: If necessary, the sofa with bed function in the living room could also be used for sleeping, but the apartment is quickly too small for more than two people. Please consult with me so that I can prepare additional pillows and blankets if necessary. ✨ Wellness bonus: In the in-house massage practice, you as a guest have the opportunity to book a soothing massage at a special price during your stay. 🌿 The apartment is located in an absolutely quiet, rural environment in the beautiful Kemmental – surrounded by rolling hills, apple trees and hiking trails. Our hamlet consists of only three houses and lots of nature all around. Sometimes the neighbor's rooster takes on the role of the alarm clock – unobtrusive, rural and without hustle and bustle. A free parking space right in front of the house makes traveling by car particularly convenient. The A7 highway can be reached in a few minutes (no noise pollution!), Lake Constance is only about 10 minutes away by car. 🚶‍♀️ Even if there is no public transport right outside the front door: The nearest post bus stop in Hugelshofen is about a 12-minute walk away – with connections to Weinfelden, Kreuzlingen or Konstanz. 🚲 The region is a small paradise for cyclists and hikers: • The Thurgau Panorama Trail passes close by. • Discover the romantic Kartause Ittingen, the Seerücken or the Tannzapfenland. • Excursions to the old town of Konstanz, the island of Reichenau or the shores of Kreuzlingen, Romanshorn, Altnau or Güttingen are worthwhile at any time of the year. • Spring/summer: bike tours or swimming fun on the lake, autumn: apple harvest, hiking trips and golden vineyards, winter: cuddled in front of the fireplace or a walk in the snow. 🧡 Whether you just want to switch off, are looking for your little temporary home in the countryside or are traveling on business – our small studio offers you uncomplicated accommodation with lots of charm, peace and privacy. Guest access The key is stored via key safe at the entrance to the apartment. You will receive the appropriate code along with further information a few days before your arrival. Check-in: starting at 3 pm Check-out: by 11 am Other things to note • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. For smokers (and of course non-smokers), there is a small seating area right in front of the entrance. • Please take off coarse shoes immediately after entering the apartment.
