Enjoy a comfy bed, a cute reading corner by the window, and a mini kitchen for your stay. 🍃 Conveniently located in the city center, just steps from cafés, malls, and local attractions—perfect for couples or solo adventurers seeking comfort and vibe. 📍 Location : THE TRESOR building in district 4 Guest access Enjoy a relaxing stay with complimentary housekeeping. • For stays of 10-15 days, you’ll receive 2 free cleanings • While longer stays (15+ days) include weekly housekeeping. • We also provide free toothbrush kits, laundry detergent, and shower essentials (body wash & shampoo), along with a welcome tray of local tea & coffee—just bring your suitcase, and we’ll take care of the rest! Other things to note 🍃 Hi there! Just a small note — please kindly avoid stepping on the towels. We carefully wash and dry them to keep everything fresh and cozy for you. Thank you so much for your understanding. If you ever need an extra floor mat, feel free to let us know — we’ll be happy to bring one over!” 🍃 For any stains on towels, we will try our best to clean them with bleach. If the stains cannot be removed, we kindly ask for a compensation of 200,000 VND per towel, as we cannot provide stained towels for future guests ! 🍃 In case a card is lost, a replacement fee of 200,000 VND per card will be applied. We kindly ask that you keep it safe during your stay ❌ House Rule – Temporary Residence Registration • Guests are kindly requested to provide passport photos according to the exact number of people staying. • If you have a friend coming over and staying overnight, please inform us and send their details so we can register their temporary residence as well. • If any issue arises during the stay due to unregistered guests, you will be fully responsible. • According to local regulations, the fine is 2,000,000 VND per Vietnamese guest and 5,000,000 VND per foreign guest for non-registration.
