Welcome to R STAY Atsuta! Spacious 2-story private house just 1 min from Hibino Station. Up to 12 guests (best for 6–8). Perfect for families and groups. Kitchen and washer/dryer for long stays. One parking space available (narrow; large cars use nearby parking). Convenience store & drugstore nearby. The space Sleeping Arrangements The house can accommodate up to 12 guests. Bedroom 1 (1F Japanese-style room) • 2 Double Beds Bedroom 2 (2F Western-style room) • 1 Double Bed Bedroom 3 (2F Japanese-style room) • 2 Double Beds Additional bedding • 2 Single Futon Sets (stored in the closet at the top of the stairs on the 2nd floor) All bedding can accommodate up to 12 guests in total. Please note that the house has only one toilet and one bathroom, so the most comfortable group size is 6–8 guests. For groups of up to 12 guests, some guests may need to share double beds and facilities. Facilities 1F: Bedroom, kitchen, toilet, washroom (washing machine), and bathroom 2F: Bedrooms only Guest access The entire two-story house is exclusively yours during your stay. Other things to note Important Information • Road noise The house faces a main road with traffic. Bedrooms have double-glazed windows, but some guests may still notice traffic noise. • Electricity capacity The electrical capacity is limited. Using multiple air conditioners together with appliances such as a microwave or hair dryer may trip the breaker. • Parking 1 free parking space is available, but the space is narrow. Large vehicles may find it difficult to park. Several coin parking lots are available nearby. • Guest registration After booking, we will send a guest registration form. Please complete it before check-in. House Rules & Notes No pajamas or yukata are provided. No cleaning or towel replacement during your stay. 1 bath towel per guest is provided. For longer stays, please use the washing machine in the house. The kitchen is available, but seasonings are not provided for hygiene reasons. Indoor use of hot plates, takoyaki makers, or other smoke-producing appliances is prohibited, as they may trigger the smoke detector and leave odors. Additional cleaning fees may apply if strong odors remain. Luggage storage before check-in or after check-out is not available. Please use station coin lockers.
