Located just across the Seto Ohashi Bridge, this property is a few minutes by car from Sakaide Kita IC in Sakaide City. This is a private, single-story house rented as an entire home. Maximum capacity is 5 guests, with 5 single futon sets provided. For a more comfortable stay, we recommend up to 4 guests. The house is single-story with minimal steps, making it safe and convenient for families with small children. Parking is located right next to the house, making it easy to carry luggage. Although the building is older, we take great care to maintain cleanliness. A bus stop is within walking distance (a few minutes), but please note that buses run infrequently. Important Notice This is a residential neighborhood. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially at night. Interior 2DK layout: dining kitchen + 2 tatami rooms Bathroom, toilet, and washroom are separate. Parking There is a covered parking space next to the building. Up to 2 compact cars can park. For minivans or larger vehicles, please park only 1. Please park close to the building to allow access for the neighboring house. Location 5 minutes by car from Sakaide Kita IC 10 minutes by car from Sakaide IC ⚠️ Located along a main prefectural road, making access convenient by car. However, depending on the time of day, you may experience noise or slight vibration when large vehicles pass. Please understand this before booking. Sensitive guests should take this into consideration. Nearby Local farmers’ market, supermarket complexes, and drugstores are nearby. The bus stop is about a 3-minute walk on flat ground. Please be careful not to miss the bus due to limited service. Family-Friendly Recommended for families with small children. We provide: high chair, baby chair, children’s tableware, cups, cutlery, bibs, and child toilet seat. There is a park just across the street, great for kids to play. Bedrooms Two tatami rooms separated by sliding doors, allowing everyone to sleep together. 5 futon sets available. For comfort, we recommend up to 4 guests. ⚠️ At night, you may notice road noise or slight vibrations. Kitchen Fully equipped with cooking utensils and basic seasonings. Supermarkets and shops (including 100-yen stores and MUJI) are a few minutes away by car. Bathroom Traditional tiled Japanese bath. Can be cold in winter (Dec–Mar). We recommend visiting nearby hot spring facility Iyashi no Sato Sarai (5 min by car). Wi-Fi available Guest access This is a private rental house, and the entire property is reserved for your group. Please feel free to use all areas and items in the house except for the locked storage spaces and the cabinet under the sink. The house is located in a quiet residential area, so check-in after 23:00 is not allowed in order to avoid disturbing neighbors. For international guests Guests without a residential address in Japan must present a passport. If a passport cannot be presented, accommodation will not be permitted. Check-out Please check out by 11:00. Cleaning staff will arrive after 11:00. If you remain in the house after 11:00, a penalty of ¥2,000 will be charged for every 15 minutes. BBQ & Fireworks BBQ and fireworks are not allowed on the property. Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited on the entire property, including inside the house and outdoors. This includes electronic cigarettes. Please keep noise to a minimum after 19:00. If a serious noise complaint is received, you may be asked to leave the property immediately. Insects Insects may appear, especially during summer. If you are sensitive to insects, please be aware. Insect spray is available in the kitchen. Bathroom The bathroom has a traditional tiled Japanese bath, which can feel very cold during winter. If you are sensitive to cold bathrooms, this accommodation may not be suitable in winter. You may also consider visiting the nearby bath facility: Iyashi no Sato Sarai (about 5 minutes by car) If water has not been used for a while, you may notice a slight smell from the drain. Running water for a short time usually resolves it. Security Camera In accordance with instructions from the local health authority, one security camera is installed at the entrance porch. If the house is excessively dirty due to improper use, additional cleaning fees may be charged. If items are lost or damaged, compensation may be requested. Please separate garbage according to the instructions on the bins. Please wash dishes and cooking utensils after use. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the entire property. Please park carefully so that the neighbor’s car can enter and exit their parking space. Check-in Procedure There is no on-site manager at the property. Check-in is usually self check-in, but face-to-face check-in is also possible upon request. If you prefer this, please inform us of your approximate arrival time in advance. The house uses a smart lock. The unlock code will be sent after all guests submit the guest registration form.
