Combine life on a car-free island with the city of Stockholm. Also possible to commute daily to the city with public transportation (ferry+metro). The house is situated on a beautiful south-facing plot with large lawn and terrace. Four bedrooms of which two loft rooms and a large kitchen. Plenty of room for 5-6 people. The bedroom has its own exit to a smaller terrace. Kitchen and living room in open plan with a large map space. From the living room, a newly built terrace is reached via sliding doors that give the room the feeling of a conservatory in the summer. On the lower floor, there is another bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and TV room. Through a door, the unfinished basement with food and wine cellar as well as storage is reached.
