The space General description: The duplex is the combination of a 55 m2 loft for 4 people (upstairs) and a large 3-room apartment for 4/6 people. Access and hall. Ground floor access from parking lot no. 1 – 3 vehicles. The entrance hall (with piano and library containing books and games for children and adults) connects the loft and the F3. the F3: Bright 50 m² living/dining room (table up to 10 seats) with TV area, opening through a large bay window onto the south-facing terrace overlooking the garden and allowing you to enjoy the panorama of the Cévennes. Fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with a 160 bed and an extra 140 bed, and a second bedroom with a 160 bed. Bathroom with bathtub, double sink and washing machine, separate toilet. A second west-facing terrace, covered, protects you from the weather. Central heating ensures comfort and a pleasant atmosphere. Loft – upstairs This apartment of nearly 60 m² is a loft that overlooks the entire property, with panoramic views of the Cévennes. It consists of two large volumes: First volume: a sleeping area no. 1 with 160 bed, a dining area with modular table for 4 to 6 people, and a living area with fireplace and TV. Everything is bathed in light thanks to a huge bay window. Second volume: starts with the fully equipped kitchen, which faces the south terrace serving as an outdoor dining area, and serves as a passage to the sleeping area no. 2 composed of two single beds 90, which can be combined into a large bed if necessary (this corner can be isolated thanks to a blackout curtain). This volume then leads to the bathroom with walk-in shower overlooking the forest, and a separate toilet. A small closet contains the household equipment: broom, Spanish broom, ironing board and iron, clothes drying rack. Central heating and air conditioning (only the loft) ensure comfort and a pleasant atmosphere. The two panoramic terraces offer unobstructed views of the Cévennes, the swimming pool, the garden and the forest. Bird lovers, get your binoculars! Guest access Linen included. On-site parking and free. The property as well as the house and its amenities are for the exclusive use of the tenants. Only those appearing on the reservation will be accepted. - Parties, noisy events and sound systems are prohibited even during the day. Respect for the neighborhood, no noise after 10 p.m. Ensure that the furniture is not moved. - No pets. Non-smoking house. - No dedicated electric charging station, but a standard 220V outdoor socket is available in the parking lot. Slow charging is possible with your own cable, whether for a car or an electric bike. - Please respect the check-in and check-out times as best as possible and let us know in case of unforeseen circumstances/delays. - to do before departure: simply leave in the condition found on arrival. (Also remember to clean and store dishes, take out garbage cans and sort waste). Gather bath and bed linens (except fitted sheet). Return the keys.
