After the free period, parking is charged at 20 THB per hour, with any part of an hour counted as a full hour, according to building rules. If you are staying longer or plan to use parking frequently, long-term parking arrangements (one month or longer) can be organized through the condominium juristic office upon request. Please inform us in advance if you are arriving with a car or a motorcycle. If your stay is short-term, we may be able to help or advise on the best parking option. Access Rules & Important Notes 📌🔒🌟 The building uses standard exterior security cameras in common areas such as entrances, lobby, hallways, parking, and the pool. There are no cameras inside the room. As facilities are shared with residents, please follow building rules and maintain respectful behavior. Certain areas like the gym or cinema may require booking or sign‑in — simply follow posted instructions or ask at the front desk.
