The apartment is functionally furnished & fully equipped for a small family or travel groups of up to 5 people. In the bedroom there is a double bed plus single bed. In the children's room there is a workplace & bunk bed, where an adult can also sleep. In the open living & dining room there is a fully equipped kitchen. A supermarket is right across the street. The space The apartment #Fritz is in the basement of the quiet residential and commercial building. Parking is in front of the apartment or courtyard, a seating area is in front of the apartment or covered in the courtyard. In the bedroom there is a double bed as well as a single bed. In addition, there is a children's room with a workplace and a bunk bed, where an adult can also sleep. In the open living area there is a cozy sofa & armchair, the adjoining kitchenette is fully equipped, the dining area is designed for 3-5 people who would have enough space in the apartment. A modern daylight bathroom with a large shower completes the living comfort. The apartment has been lovingly furnished and decorated in our typical "old bakery" style. Guest access All check-in information is provided via email, app and phone. Self check-in is possible via key box, so you are flexible. (Check-in from 2 pm and check-out by 10 am) Other things to note Important - Pets are not allowed, fitters only after personal agreement! The apartment is on the ground floor, but not suitable for the disabled, as the bathroom is not wheelchair accessible, and the paths for wheelchairs may also be too narrow and not approved.
