Guest access Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire cottage and gardens throughout their stay. This includes all living spaces, three double bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, landscaped garden, outdoor kitchenette, BBQ dining terrace, patio lounge area, lawn, trampoline, climbing frame and off-street parking. The property is offered as a complete private retreat for you to enjoy in comfort and privacy. Please note that a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the rear entrance of the property. This device records video and audio of the rear entryway only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the property. Your privacy is respected at all times. The staircase has open treads, so guests with young children are asked to take extra care. Other things to note This is a peaceful village setting opposite a historic church, and we kindly ask guests to respect the tranquillity of the area and our neighbours at all times. The cottage is best suited to quiet, considerate guests and is not suitable for parties, events, or large gatherings. If you would like additional cleaning or a linen change during your stay, we’re happy to arrange this with advance notice, subject to availability. Please note this service is not included in the booking price and would incur an additional charge. As a thatched cottage, particular care must be taken to avoid any fire risk - No smoking, candles or open flames are permitted in the property or on its grounds. The BBQ can be used in the designated kitchenette area in the garden. The garden trampoline and climbing frame are used at guests’ own risk, and children must be supervised at all times. Fly fishermen are warmly welcomed.
