Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space 3kms off the MI. Fully self contained country retreat offering complete privacy and comfort - the perfect setting to relax and recharge . Everything you need for a stress-free stay, a well equipped kitchen, cozy living area and comfortable bedding. Relax on the patio or spend time lazing by the pool. Enjoy the best of both worlds - peaceful country living with shops, cafes, restaurants and stunning beaches only a short drive away. The space Separate cottage with private access. Bedroom, dining room, separate living area (with sofa bed/double), kitchenette and bathroom. There is no oven in the kitchenette, but an induction hotplate, air fryer, microwave oven and a Weber Baby Q in the patio area are all available for guests to use. Kitchen has cutlery, crockery, glassware (including wine and champagne), coffee mugs, plunger, saucepans, fry pan and cooking utensils. Smart TV and internet access provided. Shared pool with private access, sun loungers, umbrellas and pool towels supplied. The pool is only shared by us and we endeavour to give you as much privacy as possible during your stay. The fire pit can be used from 31st March through to 1st October due to Council regulations, completely banning open fires outside of these dates. Fresh eggs and seasonal vegetable when available as well as bread, butter, spreads and tea, coffee and milk. Children welcome to help collect the eggs from the chicken pen daily. Guest access Guest will be given a gate code for arrival. Upon entering through the gate proceed to the driveway on the left. The driveway meanders through the property to your parking space outside the cottage. The cottage key will be in a key box next to the "welcome" sign and will be accessible by code. Other things to note Our 2.5 acre property is located in a quiet rural setting just 3 kms off the MI Motorway both North and South Bound making it the perfect place to stop over when travelling. Wyong township is 8kms away and has a Coles, Aldi, bakeries, pharmacies, coffee shops, restaurants (Thai, Italian, Chinese, hotels). Home delivery is available from a number of these restaurants. Wyong Milk Factory is 6kms away where you can spend time visiting Luka Chocolate, Little Creek Cheeses, The Daily Dough Co and the bakery. Wyong Milk Factory Tavern is a family friendly pub with a beer garden and kids outdoor play area. There is also a gym within the complex and kayak hire. Other close by attractions are the Amazement Farm and Fun Park, Treetops Adventure Park and Iris Lodge Alpacas where you can brunch with the alpacas. If your after a bit of history it's worth a visit to Alison Homestead. The Homestead is set on two hectares in a rural setting on Wyong’s first land grant dating back to 1825. See displays of memorabilia, furniture, toys, household items, photos, equipment, machinery and tools relating to the early settlers of Wyong and surrounds. Beaches are approx. 20-30 drive as is Munmorah State conservation area where there are numerous hiking trails. Jilliby State Conservation Area is close by and also has a number of hiking trails. Children are welcome and must be supervised in the swimming pool area by an adult at all times. We have blow up pool toys for children to use during their stay. Pool use strictly 8am till 8pm.
