Thic cozy 139-square-foot tiny home features easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes. Guest access Guests can access the tiny home and the outdoor space directly around it. Please avoid the caretaker’s residence and horse training areas unless you have been invited. Transport from nearby towns can be arranged for a small fee — Tongala $10, Echuca $25. Other things to note - A Gas BBQ grill is available - The property is suitable for kids - Washer and dryer are available - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Guests may smoke near the designated fire and barbecue areas - Telstra and Optus have good mobile reception; other have weak or limited coverage - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times.
