In the newly renovated basement (Dec 2016) there is a Spa section with a sauna with space for 10 people, three showers, two toilets, relaxation room, laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as a ventilated waxing room with waxing table and professional waxing iron. Every year, the entire house is rented out during the two Vasa Race weeks to Swix Vallateam from Norway, who then also use the business premises as a workspace. Winter accommodation: Proximity to legendary ski trails and 45 km to Lake Sälen. Summer accommodation: Proximity to the Cykelvasa track. The house is located about 300 meters from Evertsberg's Vasa Race checkpoint.
