We hope that Border Lodge will be a pleasant place for you to rest after a day of work or discovery in the area. Information – Planned roofing work Renovation work on the building's roof is scheduled to take place between the second half of September and mid-October 2026. The installation of scaffolding around the building began on September 18. The roof work has not yet started and is expected to begin during the week of September 21st, although the exact date has not yet been confirmed to us. The end of the construction work is currently scheduled for around mid-October. The Border Lodge is located on the ground floor, while the work will be carried out on the roof, above the 2nd floor. The accommodation is therefore not directly affected and will remain fully accessible and usable during this period. The work will take place only during the day, Monday through Friday. The apartment is well insulated, but occasional noise may be heard during working hours. We prefer to inform you transparently so that you can book your stay with full knowledge of the situation.
