The apartment is on the upper floor of a detached house (former rectory) with a garden. We live separately in the basement. Völschow is 20 km from Greifswald and about 50 km from the Baltic Sea and Stalsund. The Peene, 5 km away by bike, offers opportunities for paddling, swimming, solar boating, fishing. Klempenow Castle is 10 km away. There you can paddle on the Tollense, drink coffee in the castle and enjoy culture.
