It is located on beautiful Bjorøy, a peaceful island just outside Bergen - known for its calm atmosphere, clean sea breeze and charming Norwegian nature. The trail includes a few uphill sections and some natural/uneven terrain, so we recommend practical footwear and backpacks rather than rolling suitcases. It’s manageable for most guests, and before arrival you will receive a detailed access guide with step-by-step video directions, so you’ll find it without stress. We are happy to assist with luggage transport upon request. ➤ Bus option: Route 43 runs between Bjorøy and Vestkanten shopping center and further to Bergen city. The nearest bus stop is 5 minutes from the parking area. It’s a good budget option if you're not driving. ✈︎ From the airport: The fastest and most convenient way to reach the cabin is by car or taxi (around 20-25 minutes to the private parking), and we can also arrange a fixed-price airport transfer with a trusted local driver if preferred.
