In the heart of Burgundy and the Cluny region, come and experience a charming and authentic stone house, recently renovated with large pool and garden. Spacious and comfortable, it can accommodate up to 12 guests with its 5 bedrooms, sofa bed and numerous communal areas. Enjoy a heated swimming pool (May to the end of September), a shaded terrace, and a pleasant garden. A private gym awaits you in a stone annex. The space Accessed via a traditional stone staircase, the first floor serves as the heart of the home. It features a large, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with sofas and a beautiful dining area complete with a 3m long old convent table perfect for up to 12 guests. Leading off from the Living Room a hallway leads to the 3 Double Bedrooms, each with their own private Shower and Wash Basin. A separate, stylish WC is located in the hallway. Above the living area, a contemporary metal staircase leads to a large mezzanine with a sofa bed - the perfect "snug" or TV room for kids and teens. Tucked away off this space is a charming fourth twin bedroom, offering a quiet retreat under the eaves. Accessible from the driveway level, the 5th Bedroom offers its own private entrance and features two comfortable twin beds. Outside, a private, heated swimming pool is set within an elevated stone terrace, perfectly positioned to catch the sun throughout the day. Surrounded by the home's original stone walls and lush greenery, the pool area offers a secluded spot for relaxation. It features wide, integrated entry steps for easy access and is accompanied by a sun-drenched patio with loungers and a parasol, ideal for quiet afternoons overlooking the garden and countryside.  A stunning covered terrace just a few steps from the kitchen offers an alternative place to eat overlooking the pool, whilst a large garden and a stone outbuilding with exercise area complete the space. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, private heated pool and garden. Other things to note Events, parties, stag/hen parties are not permitted in the accommodation. The location is quiet and peaceful; please keep noise to a minimum between 11 PM and 7 AM. The number of guests indicated in the booking must be respected; please inform us if you will be bringing additional guests. A travel cot and a high chair are available upon request. Pets are not allowed. PLEASE NOTE: The property will be able to accommodate 12 people from May onwards upon renovation of a new bedroom and ensuite on the ground floor. The property is provided with all linen and towels free of charge.
