Disabled friendly The space This property has been extensively renovated to high standards. It features a spacious four-bedroom apartment located on the first floor. The large living room and also a separate dining area with a stunning eight-seater white marble dining table, there is a spacious hall with a flat screen TV. Each bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom and is equipped with double-sized oak-finished fixed beds. All bedrooms have fully functional air conditioning, and additional units are installed in the dining area and main hall. The property includes two fridge/freezers, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a dedicated area for hanging clothes. A powerful generator ensures you won’t have to worry about power outages. Additionally, a watchman is present day and night for security. The property is fully secured and monitored with 24-hour CCTV outside. Guest access You can use the entire four bedroom property and the balcony. Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the property. You can smoke in the balcony if you so wish. Other things to note I am only looking for families and couples to book the place. I am not looking to host single or group of men at this time. Thankyou for your understanding. While we have a kitchen which is fully equipped, I am not keen on guests cooking foods with strong smells and flavours.
