The traditionally furnished holiday home “Fichtnhittl” is situated on a farm in Aschbach (Rio Lagundo), a rural area in the mountains near Merano (Meran) and is ideal for quiet and relaxing holidays in the beautiful scenery of South Tyrol. The 74 m² holiday home consists of a living room with a wood fired oven, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with a sofa bed each) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Other things to note Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a children's bed and a highchair (both on request). You can start the day with coffee on the balcony on the first floor while you enjoy the fresh air and lovely views of the mountainous landscape. The private outdoor area also includes a covered terrace with seating furniture and a lawn for sunbathing. There you can enjoy breakfast or spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty dinners from the communal barbecue. The closest supermarkets, shops and pharmacies can be found in Rabland (Rablà), after a 25-minute drive (12.4 km). The cable car, which also takes you to the valley is only 550 m away, and the closest ski lift is 27 km or a 40-minute drive away. The city of Merano (Meran), well-known for its spa resorts and architectural beauty, is located a 34-minute drive (18.4 km) from the farm, while South Tyrol’s capital Bolzano (Bozen) lies 46 km (a 50-minute drive) southeast of Aschbach (Rio Lagundo). Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. An additional visitor’s tax will be charged. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Since the property is situated at an altitude of 1350 metres and the road to the flat is a mountain road, winter tyres are compulsory in winter and it is recommended to bring snow chains.
