The communal areas are frequently monitored to ensure cleanliness. Quiet time from 9 pm, you are welcome to use the kitchen and bathrooms at all times, but please be a little more considerate after 9 pm I am always doing my best efforts to keep the house very clean and comfortable. Please read the check-in instructions carefully, which is sent out in the morning. Pets welcome! We only ask to please pick up the mess, and if you let your pets on furniture use your own blankets. Please don't leave food sitting around, as we don't want rats and bugs attracted to the left over food. If your pet's hair sticks into the bedding, or has paw marks on it after your visit, which would require multiple washing cycles, we will need to charge extra cleaning costs.
