As you come in to Havelock Cottage, you are welcomed into a warm and inviting living room with a 2 seater sofa & an armchair, SMART TV, electric log burner effect fire and a dining table with 2 chairs. Carry on through to the kitchen, small but perfectly formed with everything you need. Oven, 4 ring induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee maker. Upstairs there is the main bedroom with a UK King sized bed, luxury bedlinen and fluffy bath towels. The light-filled bathroom is on this floor and has a shower with combi boiler so lots of hot water! Up a narrow staircase, typical of a traditional workers cottage, is the second bedroom, a lovely light-filled attic room with 2 single beds. The cottage is dog friendly and please keep dogs on a lead in the communal areas. There is an allocated parking space on site. Due to the age of the property it is is narrower than modern parking standards so is best suited to small and medium sized cars. For large estate and SUV vehicles, free parking can be found nearby on East Road and Eastwood Road, just across from the cottages. Guest access The key box is to the right of the front door, beside the table & chairs. Other things to note The Chapel is part of Emma's Heritage Homes.
