The open-plan layout features a spacious grey sectional sofabed (UK double) adorned with colourful accent pillows, creating a cosy yet stylish spot to relax. The adjacent dining area boasts a sleek wooden table surrounded by comfortable chairs, perfect for meals or gatherings. The apartment is only a ten-minute walk to Stephens Green, local cafes, and boutique shops on Grafton Street. Additionally, the home includes a TV ideal for movie nights. The space features multiple windows that create an abundance of natural light, making it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy al fresco dining. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The apartment features a one-bedroom, designed for comfort and versatility. It boasts a double-size UK bed, providing ample room for restful sleep and relaxation. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
