Stone cottage by the stream

Small cottage full of charm, in the heart of the Cantal, fully equipped (sheets, towels, dishes, etc.). Can accommodate 4 people (possibly 6 as there are two sleeping places on the living room sofa). Enjoy the calm of the countryside and the fully fenced garden (river accessible via small public steps). Wood-burning stove for a warm winter. Beautiful walks nearby: Saignes (10 min), Château de Val (30 min), Les Orgues (25 min), the beautiful village of Salers (40 min), and others. The space The cottage can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of: 🛏️ 2 comfortable bedrooms sleeping 4 (4 single 90 x 200 cm beds that can be joined to form a 180 x 200 cm bed) + Extra sleeping space for 2 additional people on the living room sofa, with two 90 x 200 cm mattresses each. (€20 per person per night for more than 4 people.) 🛁 1 bathroom equipped with a large bathtub for children and a shower. 🍳 A fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, etc.) 🔥 A cozy living room with fireplace and dining area, ideal for evenings by the fire 🌸 A lush, fully fenced outdoor area for your four-legged friends 😇; you can access it through two small gates to the left and right as you leave the house :) It is fully fenced, perfect for reading, meditating, or simply enjoying the birdsong. 🐾 Your companions are welcome Pets are allowed: here, your four-legged companions can also enjoy the great outdoors and walks around the cottage. Please be mindful of your pets' fur and do not allow them to relieve themselves in the garden, so that everyone can enjoy a clean garden for relaxation :). 🌄 Explore nearby Sauvat is a charming village in Cantal, in the heart of Auvergne. There you will find: Beautiful hikes in the surrounding nature, Picturesque villages like Salers, markets, and local producers, and a few kilometers away, superb panoramas typical of the region (plateaus, rivers, forests...).
