Other things to note To help our guests better understand our pricing, we'd like to share a quick update. Effective July 10, 2026, Islana complied with the recent update. Airbnb changed how service fees are displayed. Instead of showing Airbnb's service fee as a separate charge during checkout, it is now incorporated into the nightly rate shown on the listing. Although the displayed nightly rate may appear higher, Airbnb still deducts its host service fee from our payout. This means that 15.5% + vat of the amount you see is paid directly to Airbnb—not to Islana Stay. Please also take note of the following before booking: • Kindly ensure that the number of guests indicated in your reservation is accurate. Any violation of this house rule may result in charges and will be processed through the Airbnb Resolution Center. • For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are currently not allowed in the unit. • We do not allow unregistered visitors or additional guests inside the unit during your stay. • Please note that the unit is not child-friendly.
