Immersed in the green countryside of Florence, Villa Berni is located by the Certosa highway exit, 5 minutes away, in a strategic position to visit the wonderful hills of Tuscany! This 17th century Florentine villa has been lovingly and elegantly restored at the beginning of 2007 with traditional taste and contemporary comfort. The four fireplaces, terracotta floors and antique furnishings compliment the history of the villa, while the luxurious linens, modern bathrooms and air conditioning create a relaxing elegance in this tranquil country setting. With (6) bedrooms and (5) bathrooms, the 280 sqM Villa Berni can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. The villa is near the five Tuscany Unesco heritage sites: 1.Towers of Sangiminiano (30 minutes away from the property by car); 2.Historic centre of Siena (40 minutes away from the property by car); 3.Piazza del Duomo of Pisa (50 minutes away from the property by car); 4.Historic centre of Florence (10-15 minutes away from the property by car); 5. Historic centre of Lucca (50 minutes away form the property by car). It's very easy to reach the historic city centre of Florence from our property: infact the nearest bus stop is 2Kms away for the property. In front of the bus stop there is a big FREE parking, where you can park the car and catch the bus for the historic city centre. The bus takes 10-15 minutes to reach the Duomo of Florence. Guest access HOW TO REACH THE VILLA It's very easy to reach us: you have to take the A1 Motorway (Milano-Roma) and goes ALWAYS in direction of Rome. If you'll go always in direction of Rome you'll find the "Firenze Impruneta" exit. The property is 2Kms away from the motorway exit. Here is the detailed istruction from the A1 "Firenze Impruneta" motorway exit: At the round-about, follow toward the centre of Florence (take the third road at the round-about, follow signs for Florence). Stay on this road for about 500/600 mt, drive under an elevated road and reach the sign that reads "BOTTAI". After the sign go straight for about 100 mt and turn left in Via Colleramole (at the corner you will see a wine shop "Vinoteca al Chianti"). Follow this road towards the Campeggio Internazionale, go over a small bridge and keep right and follow always the sign for "Villa Castiglioni". You will see the camping on your right. Keep left and follow always the sign for "Villa Castiglioni". Keep going uphill for about 1 Km untill you'll see a church on your right. After the church (which will be on your right), keep going for another 500 mt until you reach the number 77. Please ring at the "dott. Paolo Berni" grey bell on the left side of the gate.
