Other things to note ## IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING ### Property Layout The property consists of two separate buildings within the same private estate: **Cal Pere** and **Cal Jaumató**. The areas made available will depend on the number of guests included in the reservation. ### Cal Pere (up to 12 guests) #### New Wing (up to 8 guests) * Large living and dining room with fireplace. * Fully equipped kitchen. * Direct access to the garden and swimming pool. * 4 double bedrooms. * 2 full bathrooms. #### Original Wing (up to 4 guests) * Living room with fireplace. * 1 double bedroom. * 1 full bathroom. * Studio with 2 single beds and a sofa bed. ### Cal Jaumató (independent loft – up to 4 guests) * 2 double beds separated by a sliding door. * Full bathroom. * Balcony and garden. * No kitchen available. ### Areas Available According to Group Size To ensure maximum comfort and efficient use of the property, only the spaces corresponding to the number of guests included in the reservation will be made available: * Up to 8 guests: New Wing of Cal Pere only. * 9 to 12 guests: Entire Cal Pere (New Wing + Original Wing). * 13 guests or more: Entire Cal Pere + Cal Jaumató loft. Additional bedrooms or buildings beyond those corresponding to the number of guests booked will not be opened. If you would like access to additional areas, please contact us before booking. Additional charges may apply. ### Security Deposit A **€1,500 security deposit** is required before arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided that no damage has occurred, the house rules have been respected, and no additional costs have been incurred during the stay. ### House Rules * Pets are welcome. * Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. * Parties, events, celebrations, and gatherings are strictly prohibited. * The number of guests may not exceed the number registered in the reservation. * Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. * Commercial photography or filming is not permitted without prior authorization. ### Fire Prevention If you smoke in the garden or outdoor areas, please use the ashtrays provided and ensure that all cigarette butts are completely extinguished. The property is located in an area with a high wildfire risk, especially during the summer months. Any negligence resulting in damage or risk will be the sole responsibility of the guest. ### Before Check-Out We kindly ask guests to: * Leave the property tidy and reasonably clean. * Dispose of rubbish in the outdoor bins. * Leave used dishes washed or at least rinsed and put away. * Leave used towels in the bathroom. * Turn off lights and small appliances. * Lock the property and return the keys according to the instructions provided. * Inform us of any damage or incidents that may have occurred during your stay. A deep cleaning is not required; we simply ask that the property be left with the same care and respect with which it was provided. ### Breach of House Rules This property is intended for relaxation, peaceful enjoyment, and respect for the surrounding environment and neighbours. Any unauthorized party or event, disturbance to neighbours, excess occupancy, property damage, or behaviour resulting in administrative penalties or third-party claims may lead to the immediate termination of the stay without refund. Such violations may also result in financial penalties of up to **€2,000**, in addition to the cost of repairing any damages and any other losses incurred. ### IMPORTANT ⚠️ This property is not available for parties, stag or hen parties, celebrations, or events of any kind. ⚠️ By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the house rules and the mandatory €1,500 security deposit.
