Separate apartment in historic house

Bright, fully furnished apartment with separate entrance, parking and garden. (Apartment 70 sqm, 3 rooms + kitchen and bathroom) Rural, but good transport links (connecting road, bus in front of the front door) to the highway 5 min. Various shopping facilities 2-6 km (not within walking distance). 4 real beds, 1 sofa bed for 2 people, 1 extra bed The space The entire living and garden/parking area is separate. Up to 3 nights, I charge a minimum surcharge between 20-40 euros depending on the number of people. This fee is not included in the Airbnb reservation because Airbnb does not provide a feature for it. The apartment doesn't have carpeting and is partially newly renovated Guest access You have your own complete area to park (also motorhome possible, on request) the garden area for barbecuing, sunbathing and playing. In consultation with the host, a very late night arrival is also possible. Other things to note We live in a very rural area in a super beautiful nature. Even if there is a fairly good bus connection (the last one leaves shortly before 9 pm), you are more flexible with a car. The distance to Cologne is 50 kilometers - to the highway it is a good 5 minutes, then you can reach the cathedral city in 30 minutes. The train runs hourly to Cologne.
