Welcome to our spacious and modern 4-bedroom terrace house, perfectly situated for your stay in Newcastle! Whether you're a large group of friends, a team of contractors, or workers on a project, this house is tailored to accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. Ideally situated just a 5-minute drive or a convenient 15-minute public transport ride from Newcastle City Centre and also provides easy access to St James football stadium for all the football enthusiasts. The space Our home offers a perfect blend of comfort and style. With four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an additional half bathroom, everyone can enjoy their privacy without compromising on convenience. The bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the vibrant city. The large kitchen and dining space are the heart of the house, ideal for group meals and socialising. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, making it easy to prepare your favourite meals. Though there is only seating for 6 people, the dining table is spacious, providing a great setting for shared meals and memorable conversations. After a day of activities, unwind in the cosy living room. Sink into plush sofas, catch up on your favourite shows, or simply enjoy the warmth of the space. The living room is small, but with a big L-shape sofa and some extra seating from other parts of the house, you can cuddle with your group to watch your favourite shows. The two full bathrooms and additional half bathroom ensure that everyone has access to facilities without any inconvenience. One bathroom has a bathtub and shower combo, and the en-suite offers a standing shower. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided to make your stay hassle-free. The house comes with allocated parking for one car, offering convenience for those travelling with their own vehicle. If you have more than one vehicle or guests arriving separately, there is plenty of free street parking nearby. Guest access You'll have access to the whole terrace house for yourself. Other things to note Please respect the neighbor. No parties in the house are allowed and we have a quiet time policy from 10pm - 8am. The property is a 3 story terrace house, so it does have stairs. Bear in mind the living room is small.
