Ballarhennie House is a large holiday home set in spacious grounds. The property is situated just a short distance from miles of sandy beaches, near to Kirk Michael on the west coast of the Isle of Man. The house has three bedrooms, consisting of a twin room and two doubles (all of which are en-suite). A large lounge offers comfortable seating for all guests, complete with a full sized pool table, table tennis and a bar! Bedroom 2: Double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, wardrobe En-suite Bathroom: Bath with handheld shower, WC and wash hand basin. Bedroom 3: Twin beds, bedside cabinets, dressing table, wardrobe, chair and table En-suite Bathroom: With walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin. General Parking: Space for 2 vehicles on the driveway. Changeover Day: Flexible - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am Pets: Up to 2 dogs accepted. Please note that the main garden is not enclosed, but there is an enclosed yard area. Baby Equipment: Cot and high chair available to hire at additional cost. Power & Heating: Central heating and Electricity included Wifi: Free Starlink Wifi included - offering high speed internet for guests wishing to stream, game, browse or work from home. Shop: 1 ml Pub: 1.5 ml Bus Stop: 0.5ml Accessibility: Ballarhennie House is accessed via two small sets of steps down to the property from the parking area. Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.
