Two houses with a pool in Dětenice

Two brick houses in a large fenced maintained garden with a sea salt pool, 5 minutes walk from the medieval pub and Dětenice Castle. Possibility of barbecue and roasting on the fireplace. The accommodation is suitable for families with children or a group of friends, cyclists and tourists who want to sit together, enjoy peace and quiet and swim on hot summer days. SWIMMING POOL AVAILABLE FROM MID-JUNE TO MID-SEPTEMBER, OTHERWISE DEPENDING ON THE WEATHER The space The large house can accommodate up to 11 people. The small house can accommodate up to 7 people. LARGE HOUSE: On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen with a pantry (stove, oven, kettle, microwave, fridge) and a dining table with direct access to the terrace. There is also a bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. Up three steps there is a living area with a TV and a sofa bed and a fireplace (not functional, replaced by a classic fireplace stove). There are also 2 separate beds and another 2 sofa beds (sleeping for a total of 5 people). In total, there are 3 sofa beds and a double bed. After another three steps up there is a "sleeping area for children" in the form of mattresses on the ground (5 - 6 places - ideal for older children). In total, there are 2 beds + 3 - 4 places on the couches + 5 - 6 mattresses directly on the ground. SMALL HOUSE: On the ground floor there is a blue kitchen (2 glass-ceramic hobs, microwave, fridge) and a blue sofa bed, wood stove, bathroom and toilet. Up the stairs you come to a large room divided by a chimney, on one side 3 single beds, on the other 2 beds. So there are 5 beds + 1 - 2 places on the couch. THE POOL IS AVAILABLE ONLY IN THE SUMMER MONTHS (in June and September it is on request, depending on the outdoor temperature) GUESTS HAVE 2 GRILLS - ONE GAS AND ONE COAL. (you need to bring your own coal). There is also a fireplace, but you need to bring your own wood Guest access Parking directly on the property in a fenced garden. Other things to note The large garden also includes the owner's house, who lives here alone and does not disturb the guests. FEES ON SITE: recreation fee 20 CZK/adult dog 200 CZK/night (only small breeds and only by prior arrangement) - guests are obliged to clean up after the dog! linen is available, GUESTS BRING THEIR OWN TOWELS The pool is only for guests who respect the rules of its use. Please respect the ban on: alcohol in the pool area swimming without a swimsuit excessive noise and inappropriate behavior (pouring water, bringing in dirt, etc.)
