This peaceful property (construction completed in 2026) offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in the countryside. Located in the center of Gers, it will be the ideal location for visiting this magnificent department and being able to enjoy the many Gersois events. The space You will stay in a furnished detached house, with garden and terrace, including a spacious main room with 2 beautiful bedrooms, 1 storage room, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom. You can park directly in front of the door in the private parking lot provided for this purpose. In the main room, you will find a fully equipped kitchen that will allow you to cook as if you were at home. You can then share your meals around a large table. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed that can accommodate a 150 x 200 bed. You will be comfortably settled there to read or watch TV. A large bay window completes this room with a view without neighbors opposite, and this will allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors and the peaceful countryside. You can rest in two beautiful bedrooms each with a 160 x 200 cm bed (bed linen provided) and a dressing room. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower (bath towels provided). We provide everything necessary to start their stay, namely: toilet paper, soap, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, laundry, household products, garbage bag. Other things to note All parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. The house is non-smoking.
