In the heart of Balgheim, a lovingly restored farmhouse from 1850 awaits you. Once threatened with demolition, it was preserved with a lot of passion and reinterpreted in a clear, modern line. Situated between the Swabian Alb, Lake Constance and the Black Forest, the 1850 holiday home offers you the perfect starting point for numerous activities. Here you will live in a piece of history - full of atmosphere, charm and attention to detail. The space Our cozy vacation home offers enough space for up to six people on two floors and a total of 130 m² and combines modern comfort with a homely atmosphere. On the ground floor you will find a bright living room with a comfortable leather sofa, TV, Wi-Fi and a traditional tiled stove, which provides cozy warmth, especially on cooler evenings. For an extra charge of €5, we will gladly provide you with a basket of firewood including kindling material – just let us know before or during your stay. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table with six seats, a fridge-freezer, induction stove, oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso and filter coffee machine. A washing machine is also available. In addition, there is a separate toilet on the first floor. Upstairs you will find a modern bathroom with shower and bathtub and another separate toilet. Towels are provided. Three cozy bedrooms ensure relaxing nights: one with a double bed, another with two single beds, an additional TV and leather sofa and a third with a 140 cm wide bed. Bed linen and towels are included. The house is ideal for families or small groups who value comfortable furnishings and want to enjoy time together in a relaxed environment. As a special treat, you will receive a voucher for the "Backhaus Licht" within walking distance upon your arrival – perfect to start the first day with fresh baked goods and regional delicacies. We look forward to seeing you and wish you a relaxing stay in 1850! Guest access You have your own, separate access during your stay and thus enjoy full privacy. The key is handed over easily via a key safe. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival. This allows you to check in and out flexibly – regardless of our attendance times. The entire living area is exclusively at your disposal. There are no other guests in the house during your stay. Other things to note When leaving the house, all windows must be closed and lights, electrical appliances and stove must be switched off! The place is not rented for JGAs or the like and is reserved exclusively for guests who have rented the house. We ask for your understanding.
