Welcome to a homey and spacious accommodation that is perfect for families, friends or colleagues! You rent a private part of a larger house, consisting of a separate bedroom – equipped with a single bed. In total, there is room for up to 1 guest. You have access to shared spaces such as: * Fully-equipped kitchen * Living room * Bathroom with shower – shared with others in the house * Shared laundry room – convenient for longer stays * Sauna – perfect for relaxing after an active day The space Welcome to Villa Fiskekroken – a generous house with space for the big family, work group or company. Here you live comfortably with proximity to both nature and the city's offerings, less than a kilometer from the square in Härnösand and with easy access directly from the E4. The villa has seven bedrooms, a large well-equipped kitchen and a smaller extra kitchen for extra flexibility. There are two shower rooms with toilet, as well as two separate toilets, making it easy for many people to stay together. The large living room has room for the whole group, with a long table for dinners, meetings or socializing. There is also a private bar – perfect for the evening's mingling. On the farm there is a separate house with a sauna for relaxation all year round. The balcony is in a sunny location and invites you to have coffee in the morning sun or barbecue evenings. There are many parking spaces right outside the house, making it easy to get here with several cars. There are a total of 15 beds spread over 7 bedrooms. Dishwasher, Wi-Fi, parking spaces, fully-equipped kitchen Handicapped ramp to the home. Sauna, washing machine and dryer are available in the courtyard house. Either you rent the entire Villa Fiskekroken for yourself or you book individual bedrooms. If you book individual bedrooms, you share the kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, etc. with other people in other bedrooms. Bedroom 1 – Two double beds in separate rooms with room for a total of 4 people. Bedroom 2 – One single bed for 1 person Bedroom 3: One double bed for 2 persons Bedroom 4 – One single bed for 1 person Bedroom 5 – One single bed for 1 person Bedroom 6 – One single bed for 1 person Bedroom 7 – A double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed for a total of 5 people. Bed linens and towels are always included when you book with us! Guest access You have access to Bedroom 4 and then common areas such as kitchen, bathroom, toilets, living room, sauna and laundry room. During your stay You can email, text or call during your stay. Other things to note Always make sure to keep all common areas clean and tidy, and for the refrigerator and freezer it's good to label your things and don't forget to empty them when you check out!
