The space This is a two-story residence, completely independent, and not shared with other guests. It is located in a central area of the city, in front of the Delphina Aziz Clinic, next to the Coema Supermarket and near the Lázaro Reis Hospital and the Municipal Bus Station. Upon entering the property, the guest will find a living room equipped with a sofa and smart television, as well as a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, table with chairs and basic utensils for preparing simple meals. The master bedroom has air conditioning, a bed and a hanger, offering comfort and practicality during the stay. The second bedroom has a double bed, a single mattress and a fan. There is no protective screen on the windows, which makes the property unsuitable for children. In addition, there is a spiral staircase that gives access to the second floor, where the bedrooms are located, making the property equally inappropriate for guests with children. We do NOT provide any kind of food or seasoning, nor cleaning supplies. We DO NOT offer duvets or blankets; we only provide sheets and towels. In case of loss of keys or gate control, the tenant must pay a fee. When checking out, please leave the keys in the mailbox of the gray house next door.
