It is situated in Villa Bonicelli, a picturesque hamlet in the heart of the Appennini mountains of Emilia Romagna. The property is well equipped, comfortably furnished and boasts stunning views of the mountains and the river Dolo. The open-plan ground floor has a sitting and dining area with wood pellet-burning stove and television provided with Amazon fireTV A well-equipped kitchen corner with gas hob, fridge-freezer and washing machine; and a bathroom (on the ground floor) with charming small wooden bath tub imported from Thailand and separate shower cubicle. Stairs lead up to a mezzanine floor, where you will find a spacious double bedroom with a cosy seating area and large picture windows (with remote-control-operated electronic blinds) that look out onto the beautiful mountain and river landscape. Guest access The outdoor swimming pool (3m x 9m), which has breathtaking views, is shared between three properties and is situated a few paces from La Stalla's front door. This property is not suitable for wheelchair users. Please note that access to La Stalla is via a short but relatively steep downhill track (officially a public thoroughfare) that might not be suitable for those with mobility concerns. It is paved and lit, with a handrail.
