House Rules: Parties and events of any kind are not allowed. Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.
