Located in Rouillac, this recently renovated little outbuilding offers a peaceful haven in the heart of Charente. Ideal for a getaway with your partner or friends, it combines charm with modern comfort. Enjoy an easy, self-check-in system, and make the most of the privacy of this space while being just a stone's throw from local attractions. The space This small guesthouse, renovated in 2025, offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of a village, just 25 minutes from Angoulême and 25 minutes from Cognac. The accommodation can host up to 4 guests: * A double bed (160×190 cm) in a mezzanine (access via loft ladder, narrow steps) * A sofa bed (140×190 cm) with a comfortable mattress topper Bed linen and towels are provided. You will have: * A bathroom (shower, toilet, small sink, soap, shampoo, hairdryer) * A fully equipped kitchenette (mini-fridge, freezer, microwave grill, kettle, dishes) * A folding table * A smart TV with Netflix access (using your account) and an Alexa speaker + free Spotify if you want to set the mood Check-in and check-out can be done independently via a key box. A portable air-cooling unit is available. Ice packs are provided in the freezer to enhance its cooling performance. For 2 guests, use of the sofa bed with extra linen is available on request for a €7 fee. From 3 guests, the sofa bed and linen are included. ➡️ Pets are not allowed. Guest access You will have full access to the guesthouse. We share a garden that separates our two buildings, where you can enjoy meals outdoors or, if you prefer, smoke. Please park your vehicle in the designated parking area, as we also have two cars.
