The house is rurally located with proximity to both Nora and Örebro. Nora Golf Club is 1.5 km away, 300 m to the bus stop, 2 km to Hittorpsbadet. For those interested in nature, Bergslagsleden passes not so far away and the area offers plenty of mountain bike trails. In spring, summer and fall, you can enjoy your stay both in the large garden and when the weather fails, in the glazed terrace. If you're lucky, you can see the steam train pass the old Källarhalsen stop on a warm summer day. The space A spacious hall that opens up into an open living room overlooking the garden. Adjacent is the enclosed balcony. There is a smaller bedroom and a larger, more spacious bedroom. In the larger bedroom there are two family bunk beds, the upper beds 90 cm wide, the lower beds 120 cm wide. In the smaller bedroom there is a family bunk bed, and a bunk bed where both the upper and lower bed are 90 cm wide. In the smaller bedroom there is plenty of storage for clothes. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. An old wood stove in the kitchen creates a rustic feel, but may not be used. In the dining room there is room for 7 people around the table, but the room also accommodates the dining set that is in the kitchen (6 people). The bathroom is tiled with shower toilet and sink. Guest access The entire house is available to the guests with the exception of the laundry room. For longer stays, an agreement can be made with the host regarding access to the washing machine. Other things to note During the end of August and September, the house's facade will be repainted. There will be painters on site during the day on weekdays. If you rent the place to work, you will probably not be disturbed if you are away at work during the day. If you want to spend the weekend in the house, there will be no painters on site. We have chosen to keep the price low if you take care of a lot yourself. Cleaning before check-out is therefore done by the guest themselves if you don't want to purchase the service for SEK 600. Bring your own sheets and towels or rent from us for SEK 120/person. Pets are allowed in the house, but not in furniture and at a cost of SEK 300.
