Superior Suite with terrace and chimney

Welcome to our newly renovated Superior Suite with 90 m² of living space and a large sun terrace. You benefit from free parking right in front of the house and lovingly furnished rooms in a modern look with many extras. The suite has 2 bedrooms with large king size double beds and a single bed (additional rollaway or crib is possible) as well as a spacious living room with fireplace and an extra sofa bed. A study is also available. The space The space Charming, newly renovated superior suite with 90 m² of living space, underfloor heating throughout the apartment, sunny terrace and fireplace with free parking in front of the house + This furnished large suite has approx. 90 square meters of living space with two bedrooms and a living and study room, as well as a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a tub and washing machine. + The sleeping areas have cozy king-size double hotel beds with a pocket spring mattress as well as a single bed and a TV in one of the bedrooms (an extra bed or a crib can also be added). + In the living room you will find a cozy relaxing couch with a coffee table, a nice dining area for game nights or delicious food, a large TV, a relaxing swing, a fireplace and a sideboard with board games. + The 32 m² large and quiet sun terrace borders the living room. + The fully equipped kitchen is in Dresden design and offers all sorts of extras with all the necessary accessories you need for a nice stay. We welcome you with coffee and tea and a dishwasher, stove and fridge with freezer function is also available so you can enjoy your time. A coffee machine, toaster and kettle are also available. + The work and dressing room offers an open wardrobe with plenty of room for storage and your suitcase, as well as a desk with desk chair and accessories. + The bathroom offers its own washing machine and a bathtub as well as all kinds of extras such as a hairdryer and the like. + A dryer can be used free of charge on the ground floor. A clothes rack, ironing board and iron are also available.
