A family-friendly and stylishly furnished 2-room apartment of 43 m² with high-quality, new, comfortable and practical furnishings. Whether a family vacation or a one-day business trip, you will feel at home with us. We are very family-friendly, we offer both play and craft toys, as well as logical exercises for children. The space This 2-room apartment consists of two rooms, both a bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe and 2 bedside tables with built-in charging station, as well as a living/dining room with a sofa bed (sleeping option for another 2 people) and a dining area. The bathroom consists of a shower corner, toilet, washing machine, drying rack, iron, ironing board, sufficient bath towels and hygiene starter set. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking. Spice set, salt, pepper, sugar, sunflower oil, honey is always available. Free parking is available. The city center, city hall and Graz trade fair are less than 2 km away, accessible in 5 minutes by car, in 20 minutes by bus/tram or in 20-30 minutes on foot. We speak German, English, Norwegian, Czech, Slovenian, Slovak and Italian. Guest access Check-in independently via key box. You will receive detailed instructions on the day of arrival. Other things to note According to the Austrian Registration Act, we, the operators of a private accommodation, are also obliged to keep a guest directory. Each guest must therefore identify themselves with an ID before checking in. Tourist tax of €2.5/person per night is payable to the Graz Magistrate. This tax is not part of our income, it is paid by us to the city of Graz. We ask our guests to leave this fee in cash before leaving the apartment. Thank you.
