Whether as a couple, family or small travel group – here you will find the ideal starting point for relaxation, adventure & city trips. Please note: Unfortunately, this apartment is not accessible (no elevator.) 🌟 Must Dos: Only 5 minutes to the Erding Spa by car or about 20 minutes on foot Direct S-Bahn to Munich Can accommodate up to 4 people Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, hot air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle Cleaning utensils, cleaning agents as well as laundry detergent and dishwasher powder are also included. (Final cleaning of the apartment will of course be taken care of by us.) Washer dryer available in the apartment Balcony with cozy seating Fast Wi-Fi & smart TV with cable connection in both rooms. Here you can log in with your own access data for e.g. Netflix, Prime 👪 For families: Baby crib, highchair & children's dishes available. Sleeping possibilities: 1 bedroom with high-quality box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) 1 high-quality sofa bed with slatted base and mattress in the living room (140 x 200 cm) 🚗 Parking: Free parking space for the duration of your stay. Please note: We ask for your understanding that only the booked number of people may stay in the accommodation permanently – including overnight stays. Smoking allowed only on the balcony! Guest access Contactless check-in. The apartment door can be unlocked by code, which you will receive in good time before your arrival. The front door is unlocked via the app. I will send the invitation link from Ring in good time! If you do not want this, please let us know and you will receive a normal front door key for the front door.
