This charming apartment offers comfortable and bright spaces, perfect for a couple/family on vacation in Trentino-Alto Adige. Its strategic location is perfect for visiting the markets and getting to the famous areas of our region: the city of Trento, the Dolomites, ski resorts, lakes, museums, and castles. It is located in a small and welcoming village, just a 10-minute drive from Trento, very close to the train station, bus stops, supermarket, pharmacy, pastry shop, ice cream parlor, and pizzeria. The space The apartment is in a recently developed, well-maintained and very quiet residential area, ideal for relaxing after a day spent exploring Trento and its surroundings. The nearby Trento–Malè station is completely underground, so the accommodation is quiet and free of vibrations at all times of the day. The apartment is located on the second floor of a condominium with an elevator, with a beautiful park right outside the building. The apartment sleeps up to 4 people. Small pets (max. 12 kg) are allowed on request. Pets may not be left alone in the apartment and may not roam freely in the stairwell, common areas, or the condominium courtyard. The apartment has a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed (twin XL) and a smart TV, and it features a small terrace with two chairs and a beautiful view of the park below and the surrounding mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, cooking area with electric cooktop, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and cooking utensils). A double bedroom with a wardrobe, a double bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and a private balcony. A windowless bathroom with a shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, and hand soap. You'll find bed linens and towels, as well as dishwashing essentials (sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishcloths). A practical utility room that is also ideal for storing skis or mountain equipment. An ideal solution for those who want to explore Trentino at their leisure, with all the comforts of home. A crib (a standard travel cot for babies) is also available upon request. Sheets, a pillow, blankets, or a duvet are not provided for the cot. The location is strategic and very convenient: - The train station and bus stop are just a few minutes' walk away, with direct connections to Trento, Bolzano, and the main tourist valleys of Trentino (Val di Fiemme, Val di Fassa, Val di Non with Lake Tovel, Val di Sole, Valle dei Laghi, and Lake Garda). - The ski resorts of Monte Bondone and Andalo are also nearby, both about 30 km away (about a 30-minute drive), as are the picturesque Lakes Levico and Caldonazzo in Valsugana. - Supermarket and pharmacy 5 minutes' walk away. - Discount store and Tuttogiardino (garden center) 2 minutes by foot - Restaurant, pizzeria, pastry shop, and ice cream parlor within a 5-minute walk. Parking Free on-street parking for the condo building, with no time limit. Free public parking 50 meters from the property. Tourist tax Please note that the accommodation tax is €1 per person per night, to be paid only for the first 10 days of your stay. Children up to 13 years old are exempt, while those aged 14 and over must pay. Trentino Guest Card The Trentino Guest Card is included in the reservation. It allows you to travel for free by public transport throughout Trentino and to access numerous museums and services for free or at discounted rates. Guest access Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m., with a willingness to accommodate guests' needs when possible. Other things to note For organizational reasons, the accommodation is available for stays of at least 2 nights and, at certain times, for a minimum of 3 nights. Requests to reduce the number of nights booked compared to the number specified at the time of booking will not be accepted. Please also note that, once your stay has begun and you have taken possession of the accommodation, in the event of an early departure, the nights booked but not used will not be refunded. I regret that I cannot make exceptions, but I am sure I can count on your understanding, and I thank you for taking this into account when booking. Everyone is asked to act respectfully towards the neighbors and in the common areas. Pets may not be left alone in the apartment and may not roam freely in the stairwell, common areas, or the condominium courtyard. They must not get on beds or sofas and must not cause any damage. The accommodation must be kept clean and left in excellent condition at the end of your stay. Making loud noises is prohibited, especially during quiet hours (10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.). It is not allowed to shake or hang laundry on the balconies, nor to dispose of materials that could clog the drains in the toilets or sinks. It is also prohibited to leave items in the common areas.
